No parties or events Parties, receptions, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. Please respect neighboring properties and the peaceful cabin setting. Quiet hours Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Keep outdoor conversations, music, and hot-tub noise low during these hours. No smoking or vaping indoors Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cabin. Smoke only in designated outdoor areas and dispose of materials safely—never throw cigarette butts on the ground. Pet policy Only approved pets are permitted. Pets must be included in the reservation, supervised, kept off furniture and beds, and cleaned up after. Do not leave pets unattended unless securely crated. Parking Park only in designated spaces. Maximum: [X] vehicles. Do not park on roads, grass, neighboring property, or in front of emergency-access areas. Hot tub and pool safety Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass, food, pets, soaps, oils, or bath products are permitted in the hot tub or pool. Replace the hot-tub cover after use. Children must be supervised Adults are responsible for supervising children, especially around stairs, decks, fireplaces, game rooms, lofts, hot tubs, pools, and wooded areas. Fireplace and fire safety Follow the posted fireplace instructions. Do not leave any fire unattended. Candles, fireworks, firecrackers, and unauthorized outdoor fires are prohibited. Do not feed or approach wildlife Bears and other wildlife may be present. Keep a safe distance, do not leave food outdoors, and keep doors and vehicles locked. Secure all trash Place garbage in the designated bear-resistant containers and latch them completely. Never leave trash, food, or coolers outside. Respect the septic system Flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes—even “flushable” wipes—paper towels, feminine products, diapers, grease, or other materials. Use amenities responsibly Follow posted instructions for arcade games, game tables, grills, electronics, and other amenities. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse or lack of supervision. Grill safety Use the grill only in its designated location. Never move it onto or closer to the cabin, deck railings, or wooded areas. Turn it off and clean up after use. Furniture and equipment Do not move indoor furniture outside or rearrange heavy furniture. Do not disconnect, relocate, or tamper with televisions, gaming systems, routers, cameras, or other equipment. Security devices Do not cover, disable, disconnect, or tamper with permitted exterior security cameras, noise monitors, smoke detectors, carbon-monoxide detectors, locks, or internet equipment. Doors and windows Keep exterior doors and unscreened windows closed when possible to prevent wildlife, insects, rain, and excess humidity from entering. No illegal activity or weapons discharge Illegal activity, drug use, underage drinking, and the discharge of firearms or other weapons are prohibited. Report problems promptly Notify the host immediately about damage, spills, leaks, pests, safety concerns, or malfunctioning equipment. Prompt reporting helps prevent further damage. Check-in and checkout Check-in is after [time], and checkout is by [time]. Unauthorized early arrival or late departure may result in an additional charge. Checkout responsibilities Before leaving: Place trash in the designated containers. Load and start the dishwasher. Return furniture and amenities to their original locations. Turn off appliances and fireplace. Close and lock all doors and windows. Follow any additional posted checkout instructions. Damage and excessive cleaning Guests may be charged for damage, missing items, unauthorized guests or pets, smoking, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or other costs permitted by the booking platform. Violations Serious or repeated violations may result in cancellation of the stay without a refund, where permitted by the booking platform and applicable law
